The Seeds of Success: A Toolkit for Getting it Together is a training series for young men and women who are in transition in their lives. It examines how habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations play key roles in how the future develops. This non-threatening process offers participants the opportunity to learn that change is possible, and it provides the necessary tools to assist them in making positive changes.

On Solid Ground is geared for young people in junior high and senior high school. This series teaches kids how to build a strong foundation for their lives. This program builds skills for making positive choices, creating independent thinking skills, developing realistic goals and following through. Journal work and group exercises solidify the concepts.

New Realities Breaking Employment Barriers is a training program designed for people in transition - bridging the gap from joblessness to employment. This one-day seminar combines participation-based workshops with Gordon Graham’s video training series. It offers opportunities for breaking employment barriers through tools and techniques packaged in a cognitive skill building step-by-step plan.

Framework for Recovery is a training process that leads participants through a series of 12 sessions consisting of video/dvd presentations by Gordon Graham followed up with application

Driven group and individual workshops. The process teaches critical thinking skills that address specific issues and challenges facing people in the process of recovery from drugs and alcohol. This program also teaches how to recognize how they think and how they can control the decision they make.
